Convenient location where you can easily reach shopping, attractions, and other restaurants. The hotel is in a great spot, with a wonderful common area. Nearby Ledger's is a cool place to hang out 😎.

facilities were nice and clean.

staff not empowered to problem solve. everything is a policy not geared to customer service. breakfast was so bad I wouldn't eat it even though it was free. soggy eggs, cold home fries and nothing healthy like fresh fruit or Greek yogurt.

Comfortable spot with a truly gorgeous vibe. The room was neat and had the softest water ever. Great amenities to enjoy. Super convenient location and friendly staff. Had an amazing time overall! 🌟

Excellent restaurant except for the breakfast buffet cooked food which was cold. Accessible room was very close to main lobby but was an inside room with no daylight or fresh air.

Room was poorly maintained and supplied. AC didn't work. Faulty power bar. Missing supplies. Holiday Inn has offered a discount on next visit.

The inside of this place was fairly clean, with attentive staff and a comfortable, peaceful location where we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent restaurant serving a local menu.

The staff were very helpful in finding me a room for an extra day due to the weather. It was much appreciated.

My first room the toilet didn't work. Maintenance was called and it was fixed.

The pool was fun and friendly. We all enjoyed it.

Unfortunately the power went off in the middle of the night. It was obviously no one's fault. I was in the bathroom at the time, and an emergency night light would have been helpful.

The people were extremely great. The atmosphere created was quiet.- The bed was exceptionally comfortable.- The location was magnificent and marvelous, close to restaurants and a zoo.- I thoroughly enjoyed 2 nights in this property.

They did remember to put a third set of towels in the room for us. The lobby was inviting with lovely flowers.

No recycling bucket or fridge in the room. Pool was closed. Ice machine was out of order. The little paper cups in the room leaked. A friend ordered eggs Benedict - the English muffins were rubbery and the hollandaise sauce had separated and clotted. Only 1 of the 2 beds was made the third day, despite us leaving tips for the maids each day.

Location: the hotel was close to many great restaurants to choose from and Stone Road Mall and many restaurant chains. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Mccrae House. The rooms were large as for me.
